Fee Schedule
The rental fee for the OTH first floor is $100 for residents and $150 for non-residents, both with a $100 deposit that is returned after the rental if all rental agreement requirements are met.

If you would like to reserve the OTH for your event, please check the calendar to see if your preferred date is available and then click the 'Request this Facility' link above.  Once your request is submitted, Recreation staff will then confirm the request and you will get a confirmation email where you can then make the payment and deposit.  Please read through the attached policies and procedures to make sure you get your deposit back after your rental.  You can stop into the recreation office at the Old Town Hall the Friday before your reservation to get the key. After your reservation, the key can be left in the drop-box and your deposit will be returned Monday morning after the facility inspection.

Saturday Rentals are available for the entire day and Sundays are available after 1pm.
